Vic: Kidman free to wed

According to the latest gossip .. NICOLE KIDMAN has been told a church annulment of
her marriage to TOM CRUISE is likely .. paving the way for her to re-marry in the Catholic
Church.

It's believed the actress could marry in Sydney later this year.

A source has told News Limited papers .. KIDMAN's family have already held discussions
with a Catholic priest about her wedding to country singer KEITH URBAN.

And while the source says the date hasn't been set .. June or July have been mentioned
as possibilities.

But a spokeswoman for KIDMAN says reports of the couple's forthcoming nuptials is nonsense.
