Qld: Boxer shorts Beattie's preferred choice of underwear

TOWNSVILLE Qld, Jan 16 AAP - The secret's out.
Queensland Premier Peter Beattie, an advocate of open and accountable government, has
revealed his choice of underwear is very much the same.
Boxers are his preferred choice.
Mr Beattie faced up to the hard questions on the campaign trail in Townsville today.
Appearing on radio Hot FM, Mr Beattie told zany duo Monkey and Sam he'd rather wear
