WA: 'Caring' priest awaits sentencing for indecent dealing

PERTH, Feb 7 AAP - Catholic priest Adrian van Klooster was outwardly a caring man of the cloth.
While extending his pastoral care in the small diocese of Australind, south of Perth,he became especially close to a woman with terminal cancer.
By the time the woman died in November 1999, Father van Klooster had developed a strongbond with her two adult daughters and five grandchildren - three girls and two boys.
And he had promised the matriarch he would look after the older boy and play a role in his life.
